Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a discrepancy or error between the price displayed at the time of the online reservation and the price displayed on the campground’s website, the price displayed on the website always takes precedence.
Please note that reservation or administrative fees are not refundable.
IMPORTANT! The security of your personal information is important to us. Never give out your credit card number if you receive a phone call or email asking for it. Be careful when you make purchases on the Internet!
Cancellation
Up to 7 days prior to your arrival date, you may cancel your stay: A 10% administration fee will be charged for each cancelled reservation or night. Within 7 days of your arrival, no refund on deposits.
Non-transferable reservation
Please note that if you have not arrived the day after your arrival date at 1:00 pm, your site will be considered free.

The access card must be deposited at your DEPARTURE in the box at the exit gate.
Wi-Fi
The code for the Wi-Fi is written on the map that will be given to you at the reception.
Additional equipment
No 2nd equipment allowed without declaration and payment of fees. ($40 per tent/night). Please declare your visitors at the reception desk.
Curfew
Curfew is between 11pm and 8am at all times. We ask that you respect the peace and sleep of other campers. No noise that can be heard from the neighboring site is allowed.
In high season the maximum arrival time is 9:00 pm. (May 20th to September 3rd)
In low season the maximum arrival time is 6:00 pm from Sunday to Thursday and 9:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Cabin: 2pm / 11am
Site: 2pm / 1pm
Late Departure
If the site is available at the time of your departure.
Cabin: Additional fee of $10/hr
Site: Additional fee of $5/hr
